After waitressing her way through college, Elizabeth graduated from Michigan State with a degree in advertising and a minor in marketing - she then headed west, landing in Aspen in 1992. Elizabeth oversees the restaurant employees regarding presentation and service etiquette, and she creatively inspires the décor of each restaurant. Using her honed skills and keen instincts, Elizabeth has helped catapult four Colorado restaurants to
